Weltbekannt im Gourmetbereich ist der Schweizer Käse und die Schweizer Schokolade. Eine typische Schweizer Küche gibt es zwar nicht, dafür haben aber einzelne Kantone ihre berühmten Spezialitäten anzubieten. Sollten Sie also im Moment gerade Spanisch Unterricht in München nehmen machen Sie doch schnell einen Abstecher in die SchweizIn den Bergkantonen der Innerschweiz sind zum Beispiel die „Älplermagronen“ ein typisches Gericht. Über dicke Makkaroni wird eine gehaltvolle Käsesoße gegossen und alles im Ofen gebacken bis der Käse geschmolzen ist. Dazu gibt es ein Mus aus Äpfeln.
